Legal Question in Family Law in California

Uncontested divorce

I filed for a divorce in April 2004. CPS was involved because I was concerned about my ex and her unstable condition. After the divorce was filed my ex filed an order to show cause regarding custody, we went to mediation and now have a court order re: custody. But what about the divorce? Is the OSC considered a reponse to the dissolution of marriage? It has been over 30 days what do I do?

Re: Uncontested divorce

file a notice of entry of default and the default. If the court clerk enters the default then proceed with obtaining a default judgment disolving the marriage.
