Legal Question in Family Law in California

uncontested divorce

I filed over one year ago and never filed the default papers inCalifornia. I want to file but I need help indoing so. I want to make sure I do it correctly. Is it to late now ? do i have to refile?

If you have proofs of service and the case is still open, then you may be able to file for default. If not there may be other options. Contact me directly.
