Legal Question in Family Law in California

uncontested divorce

I have been helping my stepdaughter file her divorce papers and after we served her husband he never responded. Now I must know what paper to file next I think it's called default or uncontested divorce with minor children. I would appreciate it if you would clear this up for me.
