Underage pregnancy

If a 20 year old gets a 16 year old pregnant and her parents are ok with it can he go to jail?

Yes if the police or the district attorney learns about it. The police investigate and the district determines whether or not they will prosecute. If the decision by the district attorney is to prosecute the girls parents will have little to say about it.
