understanding quick claim
Go through Divorce, I need to know about quick claim. During my marriage I purchased business property under my name and had my wife quick claim it to me, does that protect me and my property from divorce or is it still 50/50?

It is a quit claim not quick. The signing of the agreement does not automatically divest her of community property interest. The fact that the property was acquired during the marriage and it is presumed to community property.
