Undisclosed assets

My ex husband recently passed away and it appears he owned property in Canada that he did not disclose during the divorce. Am i entitled to any portion of the proceeds from the sale of this property?

probably not - if he owned the property before you were married - unless he used community funds to pay down any principal owed on the property.
