Unfair child custody
My question is how can a parent get temporary custody when both parents have fifty percent custody and the actual court hearing isnt until Dec. 14 2007 but one parent gets temporary custody before that date and one parent was being denied there fifty percent rights for 2 months one parent wouldnt answer there phone to make arrangements so the other parent could see the child

The issues are too complex to give you an answer that has any credibility. There are just too many variables, including the judge that made the order and the history of custody.
