unmarried with 6 month old going through custody battle?

i have a 6 month old going through a custody battle. i got full custody by default. and the father has supervised visits at my home. i have a no harrassment restraining order and about to get a no contact order because he continues to harrass me. we are going back to court in april he wants joint legal and physical. i want to keep physical

since the child is an infant, you will probably have the upper hand. the court will likely increase dad's visitation as the child ages.
