Legal Question in Family Law in California
Unmarried Parental Rights
I am the mother of a newborn child and live separately from the baby's father. We are not married. I am supporting the child entirely. What rights does the father have for visitation?

Re: Unmarried Parental Rights
Once there is a court order that he is the father of the child he has the same rights and obligations as any other father. He has the right to reasonable visitation, and the duty to pay child support.
