unmarried relationship
If two peoplehave lived together for
11 years, with 2 children are born.
What are rights of wife, if male
decides to end relationship?This is

There is no marriage. Unless they resided in a state other than California, where there is a provision for common law marriage and they met the requirements for a common law marriage. Unless she can prove a agreement to share the income from their labors she gets nothing. The duty to support children is based on biology not marriage
