Legal Question in Family Law in California

unmarried and wanting full custody of 3 children

I am unmarried and been with my boyfriend for the past 8 years. We have 3 children and about a year ago their father got involved with someone. At that point it got so bad that their has been a domestic violence case againest him. Things were good have been and recently they have got involved again. His girlfriend has been abusive to him and is very jealous of his children being in his life. One time she even tried to stab him. I dont want my kids to be in this kind of environment. How do I go about getting full custody of my children and getting a restraining order againest the both of them. As long as shes a part of his life they are both abusive people and it shows. I'm tired of arguing and fighting over something that will never resolve. My kids dont deserve to see the abuse their dad goes through with this girl and I feel that it is hurting them emotionally when she makes their dad decide between either her or the kids. So how do I get a restraing order againest this girl and get full custody of my kids? What would be the fastest and least affordable way?

Contact a custody attorney immediately. You need to get some paternity and custody orders to provide some stability to your children's lives. You can also discuss restraining orders with him. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
