Legal Question in Family Law in California

Unreasonable Court Order

Can a Superior Court Judge order a husband/father of 2, to pay his wife $1200.00 a month spousal support (no abuse and no adultry involved) and also order him to pay $1500.00 a month child support when he only makes $3600.00 a month. This will drop by $600.00 a month when he changes his exemptions for dependants on his taxes to 1 as also ordered by the court. Father has been fighting for full custody. No final decision has been made by the court yet.

The court uses a computer program that is approved by the state of California to calculate support. Basicly this program uses dad's gross monthly income, mom's gross monthly income and the per cent of time the children are with each parent.
