unresolved visitation issues - respondent files for sole custody

Visitation schedules unresolved. Respondent files for sole custody and serves the petitioner's current attorney. The attorney says this is not his case and will need a new retainer. I have already paid him over 15000.00 is this in fact the case. but

depends on the wording of your contract with the attorney. $15,000 seems way excessive
