Legal Question in Family Law in California

Un-servable parent

my husband is a us merchant marine,travels in and out of the country primarily living on the ship. he walked out and abandoned the home 6-27-07 we have a 5 month son. how do i serve him with papers if he is unservable?

Contact the Merchant Marine and ask how to contact him. The US attorneys office should be able to help you if the Merchant Marine does not help you serve him.
