Legal Question in Family Law in California

URESA Law

I am looking for a lawyer who is familiar with the URESA law back in 1987. I have a document from that time and I'm not sure what the document is. It could be an ''Order to Show Cause'' or an ''Order for Support Modification''. The actual title of the documument is ''Certificate and order under the uniform reciprocal enforcement of support act.'' I am trying to collect back child support and depending on what this document is can mean over $50,000 in back support. Thanks to anyone who can help!

If you can fax me a copy of the document I can help you. You can get my fax number from the telephone directory or californiachildsupport.com. Make sure you give me a telephone number to call you back. It does not sound like a California form, but that will give us a start at where to look. Pat McCrary
