Can my VA disability pension be considered for spousal support in the state of California?

Any source of income is eligible to be used as a factor in calculating support.

I agree with Ms. Kock. It is used as a factor in calculating support. My understanding is that it cannot be garnished from the VA, but that does not affect the fact that you will have to write a check every month for a spousal support payment.
