Valid filing
if a disillustion of marrage is filed but no action is taken by either party to continue
the action, how long is the filing valid?

Depends on whether it was served or not and if there are any orders for child support. With no c/s orders, the case would be dismissed after five years, possibly sooner if it was never served.
