my daughter is fighting to get custody of her child which grandparents of father have gaurdianship she has visitation right now can there lawyer video tape her visitations or is that interferning her seen him and was terified

Audio taping requires the consent of all parties. I would imagine the video taping would have the same requirement. To tape without the consent of all of the parties requires a court order. She should consult with her attorney. If she does not have an attorney she should retain an attorney.
