Legal Question in Family Law in California

violation of a court order?

my daughters mother refuses to help with transporting our child from my visitation with her. we went to family court services and they recommended we share providing the transportation of our daughter, the recomendations were made into a court order however at that time it was very difficult to deal with my ex so i asked the judge to show that i will drop my daughter to her grandmother. this was put in the court order but problems soon occured with the grandmother. since then i have provided all transportation. this has been going on for two or so years. we have been back and forth to court and i feel that she now should help with the transportation. she said that since it said in the court order i am to bring our daughter to her grandmother i am in violation of that order and still refuses to help. in the fcs report it states that if no agreement is made on the transportation the parent begining his or her parenting time will be responsible for picking up the child. who here is in violation and what can i do to get her to comply with this. she said she will absolutely no pick her up and my work schedule would be affected if i just keep her and she doesnt pick her up.
