I have a question in reguards to visitaion.Recently the father has starting harassing phone calls about wanting to see his children he going to call the police problem is i dont have a problem takeing the chilren it when the time he comes he come just about when his visit is suppost to end sometimes he dose not show at all with calling he say s im comming then dont show when he comes he wants to fight the girls are upset i just try to avoid ho, at all cost he also have a very voilent girfriend he has a restaring order aginst her and she has has some words with my daughter i have talked to the father but he insist on bring her anyway well i was tolled by the police after a altercation on the phone by the father that i should file a violation of court order down at the police station when he doesnt show or is late well he didnt show last minuet he says hes working but it was not true he was in fact haveing a good time around town so what can i do this has been going on for 5 years now he wont show for 8 to 5 months at a time and now he is blameing me saying i should make the kids go with him when he comes when he isnt even here on time he has already broke in my home i have a police report what can i do please help

You should request that the order provide for cancellation of the visit if he is more than 15 minutes late. Also that if he misses 3 visits in a row or a 30 period that visits are either 1. canceled pending further order fothe court or 2. that the length of the visits is reduced to a much shorter time.

At the mediation or in court stress the difficulty his conduct adversely affects the children.

file an osc to modify the visitation order. also get an order that he not bring anyone else with him during visitation exchanges.
