Visitation
One aprent has been deemed toxic to the realtionship between himslelf and his ex-wife. A court appointed psychologist made the recomendation to the court. The dad has since lost most of his visitation rights. His son wants to spend more time with his dad. Can an attorney be appointed by the court to defend the child's right to see his father?
