visitation

my child is nearly 9 months old and i've never seen him because the mother couldn't be found, recently i have locat ed her and i am currently paying child support and the childs insurence. i desperately want to be in his life, what rights do i have?

You have the rights of any parent. The law does not differentiate between fathers and mothers. You will need to bring a paternity action to establish yourself as the child's father and exercise your rights. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
