Visitation

My daughter is 10 and has to go to her dad's every other weekend. She doesn't want to have to go anymore, and has asked me to find out at what age she can make that decision.

When she's mature enough to make a well thought out and reasoned decision. Contrary to popular belief, in practice, your daughter's opinions will only truly matter when she's 18.
