visitation

During my divorce I became depressed and began having problems. When my husband got

custody of my daughter, I had a

breakdown. My husband wouldn't

let me see my daughter on the

weekends that were mine. Then my son from another marriage was taken from the home because of my condition. He began acting out

at school.

I had a mental health issue.

I have been on medication for over

a year, was allowed supervised

visitation with my son. My son then went to live with his father.

He now lives with my sister. My husband refuses to let me see my

daughter and says he has the

right to choose whether I see my

daughter or not. My daughter wants to see me just as much as I

want to see her. What can I do?

It is breaking my heart not to see her and he won't allow my parents

to see her also. He acts like I abandoned her. I was getting help

and healing. I am all for supervised

visits.

Re: visitation

You need to file a motion with the court and obtain an order that you have visitation. Then if he refuses to allow visitation you can go to court to enforce the visitation order.
