Legal Question in Family Law in California

Visitation

Due to a job relocation I had to move to northern CA and my ex and child live in southern CA. She refuses to allow my 11 yr old child fly alone in order to visit with me. Can she legally do this?

Depends on your court order. The court order controls, not your ex-wife.
