Legal Question in Family Law in California

visitation of my father

my father has alzheimers/dementia , my two brothers have conservertorship of him. they moved him from the nursing home to a medical nursing home. here's my problem my other two brothers and myself are not allowed to see him, there's no restraining orders or any other kind of legal papers saying that we are not allowed to see him. our mother his wife is still alive and even she's afraid to go see him. he's not in very good health and i'm afraid he's going to die and i or anyone else will not get to say our goodbyes ps our family is divided and its a lost cause to try to reason the those brothers i don't know what to do i don't have alot of money to hire an attorney and when my father dies do we have a case to sue them for pain and suffering emotional distress and anything else you can think of
