visitation interference

Can i get in trouble for not geting the kids on my visitation days, when they don't want to come and they are very rude to make sure they don't go?

You can lose your time share with the children resulting in more support payments. Get to the bottom of the interference. Contact me directly.

The only detriment to you for not picking up your children for visitation is the loss of contact and a potential increase in child support.
