Legal Question in Family Law in California

Visitation

The only physical address I have is the one listed on the court order. Since there is no designated pick up or drop off location, this is where I should pick my child up right? If the child is not there do I need to chase her around?

Re: Visitation

The pickup should be with your custody order. If you have questions you should just ask the other parent, if there is no restraining order against contact with them.

As always please contact a local attorney in your area before taking legal action.

Good luck!

Re: Visitation

You should have to chase her around. Unless otherwise specified in the order, it's somewhat presumed that custody exchanges occur at the residence.
