My brothers ex girlfriend will not let our family see my brothers daughter. There are no reasons why we should not be able to see her. She just wont let us. She wont even

return anyones phone number on our side of the family. I want to go to court to get set

visitation rights to my neice, but dont know how to go about it. I am ok to represent myself

in court I just need to know what forms I need to fill out and what court I should file them at (such as family court etc.). Please help me.

Re: Visitation rights to my niece

You'd file in family court, but it's hard to get 3rd party or grandparent's visitation rights (the most common 3rd party visitation) thanks to a recent Supreme Court case. Does your brother have visitation with the child? He could bring the child over to see you during his time. If you think that mediation might help the situation, please feel free to call. Good luck!
