Legal Question in Family Law in California

visitation

I want to see my son, but every time I fly from Michigan to California they change their minds. we have joint conservotorship out of Cali. I have not been able to see my bot in 3 years. I am afraid I will lose all of my rights soon if I do not see him. I do not have a lawyer because I have no money and they say if I try to pick him up again they will leave the country. They are from another country so it is a possibility. I want to see my boy this year, what steps should I take?

obtain a restraining order preventing them from moving the child without an order from the court. let the judge know they are threatening you.
