Visitation / Transportation

The court order states that we meet half way for pick up and drop off. I have been having troubles with my car. I try to make other arrangement for pick up and the ex says no. He then takes the children back to his house. What is my rights?

Go back to court to change your order. What other arrangments have you tried to make? If he is denying you the child, you can go to the police department and file a complaint, then file your court papers. You can ask the Court Facilitator in your locate court for the form. You can go to Conciliation Court or Family Court Services in some counties without having to file in the court for a review
