Re: Visitation
Get an order in the county of jurisdiction or change venue/jurisdiction to where the child resides. Contact me directly.
Re: Visitation
There are several facts that would affect my answer. Whether you have a WA parenting plan, or if not the child has lived in WA for more than 6 months. If you have a WA parenting plan, then you can file a petition to modify the parenting plan and you will want to file a motion for temporary orders because the petition will not be resolved for several months. Courts will not modify a parenting plan without good cause. You have not yet stated a good cause. You should consult with an attorney on this.
