Legal Question in Family Law in California

visitation

My now 4 year old nephew used to live with me and my family, but now resides with his great grandmother. she now has legal guardianship. she is refusing to give me visitation unless my mother is present. The great grandmother is assuming that my nephew learned a filthy word in my home which is impossible since i abhor the word in question. I would like to know what are my rights as far as court ordered visitation. Please help me. I miss my weekend visits so much. Thank you.
