visitations
my ex wants my 5 month old daughter to be able to go to his house without me begin there..i personally think she is too young to be without me. Especially in a house where there has been drug use which is why i cant trust her being by herself over there. what are my rights?

You have a duty to protect your child. If father insists on taking the child to his home then you should file a motion with the court and request supervised visits.
