Visiting of my Boy

I am wondering if there is any attorney who can help me out with my problem. I have been seperated from my wife for almost 1 year now. I have been giving her money this whole time to help her with my child during our time away from one another. Recently she has kept me away from my son for the last 3 month without letting me see him unless I go over to her house to see him. I have no criminal background or any domestic issues for her to have any problems with me picking up my son. I have proof via tex messages that she is not letting me see my son. Can she be doing that? And can something be done in court against her for keeping my son from me for 3 months. My boy is 20 month old and I am a full time parent of another child from a previous relationship that I have full custody over since birth, so I do have the parenting experience.I have talked to several attorneys and none of them give me hope as far as what I can get as far as visitation with my son. That is my number 1 priority. I need an aggressive attorney in parental rights that can help me with my case and help me keep cost down with visitation and divorce proceedings(Under 4k ) .

This shouldn't cost you too much. File an Order to Show Cause for visitation. Given the facts you have stated here, I can see no reason why you shouldn't have visitation. Don't wait too long.
