Legal Question in Family Law in California
My ex is ''visiting'' my house a little too often to suit me.
My ex owes me a small sum of money and has been court ordered to repay
me. She refuses to mail the payment. I have mailed her sase to make it
easier for her, and eliminate excuses. The last time we were in court, the
judge asked her if she had a problem using the mail, but did not make any
order relating to her delivery method.
It may seem petty, but she comes over here in the dead of night and lurks
around my house for obstensively to deliver this $20 payment. I have asked
her politely, she told me flatly that she will continue to come over here,
because she can.
One night we were having a dinner party, I looked over and saw her standing
at my security screen. Guests reported that she had been there quite some
time, just looking.
This is getting creepy. Anything I can do legally?

Yes. Under the factual circumstances, you have legal grounds to apply for an immediate restraining order and/or sue her for trespass. If you would like prompt, affordable assistance in this matter, contact us directly for a free consultation.
