visititation of an infant
What would happen when the father wants overnight visitations, but he lives in Mexico 8 months and 4 months in USA. When he is USA, He visits the baby every other weekend for 4 to 6 hours. Do you think he is gonna receive overnight visitations?

The facts indicate that it is unlikely that he would get overnight visitation. 4 to 6 hours every other weekend is very little time with the child and it is unlikely that he has developed a bond with the child. Also he should not have visitation during the time he lives in Mexico.
