how to void a k1 visa

i have reasons to believe my fiancee only married me to obtain a greencard. we've only been married for a couple of months. what can i do to send her back to her country? can she get financial support from me if she divorces me?

I suggest that you just file an action for a nullity of the marriage. The green card will take care of itself. If you can prove the fraud, she will not get support. In a divorce she probably would. Good Luck, Pat McCrary

You may file for an annulment. You have no control over her citizenship issue, and I would very strongly recommend against informing the INS or anyone else about your beliefs regarding the reason she married you, as this could cause you as much harm as it will cause her.

You can give her financial support if you want to. She does not have to file for divorce before you give her any support.
