No; property received in marriage by gift of inheritance is considered the separate property of the one who receives it. However there are cases where the separate property inheritance has become so comingled with community property that it cannot be traced as separate property and is considered community property.

Unless you stay married AND he is foolish enough to commingle it with community property you get none of his inheritance. If you divorce him, you DEFINITELY get none of it.
