Wage and Earnings Assignment

Hello,

I recieved an information sheet for request for hearing

regarding wage and earnings assignment(California Rules of Court, rules 1285.70, 1299.28)asking me to fill out this form and send it back within 10 days.I only have 2 children with my wife and I don't know of any other child.

Please tell me what's the rigt thing to do?

Obviously, you should fill out the forms completely and truthfully, however, prior to the date such forms must be file and hearing, you may wish to discuss this with an attorney and acquire legal representation. 800-685-6950

I had a situation like this just a couple of weeks ago where a San Diego court was demanding payments of money on account of the conduct of a minor child where parentage had never been established and there were no child support orders.
