Wage garnishment from 2 seperate jobs

Can a state invoke a wage garnishment on 2 seperate jobs for back child support if the primary income employment is the one providing the bulk of the arrears?

Although I am licensed in AZ, I am inactive so cannot provide you with legal advice as to AZ law. Call the local child support services, they will likely be able to answer your question as it pertains to AZ law. As to California law. Yep, and as to any child support debt, it is not bankruptable or dischargeable in any way. Moreover, in CA, it earns 10% interest each year & CSS has the ability to take away any license that you have. My suggestion, as to CA, is to pay this debt ASAP & make it your first & only priority, as too much is hanging in the balance.
