Waiting period for divorce

My exwife filed for a divorce and its been nearly two years how long should I wait to take actions. noting that she has not sent it to court. I know nothing of her where abouts at this time. What are my alternatives in this matter. I really need to get my life on the raod again.

The first question is whether or not you were served with the documents or not. If yes, then did you file a Response to dissolution of marriage. You will be able to obtain status of the case if have a Case number. You may go to court to pull your file and be able to trace the file and find out if the final judgment has been obtained or not. You can ask the court to set it, you dont need her.
