Legal Question in Family Law in California

I'm afraid that is like asking "how does a lawsuit go?" There are multiple volume books written to answer that question. And with a military spouse there is another thin book that could be written if he or she is deployed overseas, or if their official regular duty station is not in California. So you are really going to have to go sit down with a local lawyer, and/or ask more specific questions here.
