wanting to move out of state without any custody order
I'm wanting to move out of state with my child, my husband is being transfered to Va. My son's father and i have no custody order of any kind,only a child support order. Do i need his or the court permission to do so? Can he claim that i stole my son if i don't have his permission since thier is no oreder?

You have the right to move. However, your best approach is to contact father, preferably in writing, notifying him of your intent to move, where you intend to move to, when you anticipate leaving, and propose a visitation schedule for father. This procedure will put you in the best light possible with the court if you have to go to court to get an order allowing you to move.
