Legal Question in Family Law in California

I wat toknowiftere is a way to get a case thrown out before court/medition. My mom is mentaly ill and she has filed for grandprents rights visitation. there is also a cps case that was opened because she physicaly assaulted me and verbaly assaulted my wife infront of my children. the cps ordered that if i take my children anywhere near her that i will be cited for child endanerment. is there a way to get the case thrown out?

You will need to go to the hearing and allow the judge to hear the facts in order to have her case dismissed. Good luck!
