welfare

can a minor who had a child collect welfare if the other parent filed joint and physical custody? Both parents are minors

The mother can file for welfare if the child lives with her. The important for you to do is be honest with you response to the questions asked and on the form you file monthly. If you do that the worst thing that will happen is that you will be refused assistance.
