My wife has abandoned our home while i was at work, taking my three children, i just found out that she is in another state with our children, i have custody orders for our children and want them to be returned to me but do not know how to do so?

You would first want to have her personally served with the custody orders. Then depending upon the order you would proceed to enforce the order. Contact the district attorneys child abduction section may provide the help you are seeking. Consulting with an attorney would provide you a list of options.
