Wife had an affair, can i get custody of my son?
My wife had an affair, I confronted her with it and she got upset. I left with a friend for a couple of hours. When I got back home she was gone my son was gone and my step daughter were gone. I had no idea where they were until the next day when she called me and said she was on her way home. I just want to know if I can get custody of my son based on the affair that she had. I am completly lost in this and have know knowledge of family law. Thankyou for your time.

you are well within your rights to fight for custody of your natural, biological child. however, without a court order in place, she is within her rights to move about per se. your best option here is to schedule an OSC hearing and legalize your joint custody/visitation rights according to court order. do not delay. if you would like further assistance, contact us asap.
