My wife and I are in bankruptcy and if we get a divorce what happens with that?

Assuming a joint Chapter 7 bankruptcy is successful prior to your judgment of divorce, and you both told the truth when you filed; then neither of you will have to take responsibility for the debts listed in your bankruptcy as part of your judgment of divorce.
