Legal Question in Family Law in California

My wife called 911 and complained with couple of issues including beating her. Since it was false, I asked for her medical checkup to police officer. After this She accepted that there is no violence between us. Finally police officer didn't register any complain against me.

Is it possible to get this incident details from police? if yes, how to get it?

To get a police report about you, you should go down to the local police station and requesting a copy of a police report regarding the caller and the situation. They should help you locate the report and would charge a fee to make a copy of it. If she is trying to frame you for a crime you need to bring this up to the courts attention so they will know she is trying to get full custody through reporting false crimes against you.

For self represented individuals you can consult with the family law facilitator self help center at your local court house.

As always please consult a local attorney prior to taking legal action. Good luck. Also please check out my Santa Clara County Family Lawyer blog.
